Claim Resolution Sad Occasionally during a move, your personal effects may experience some bumps and bruises along the way. The first step in the resolution of your claim is to notify your Armstrong Relocation Coordinator about the event. Your coordinator will discuss the United Van Line claim procedures with you in detail, and every effort will be made to resolve your claim factually and expeditiously. Great news! Virginia Tech provides you with the VERY BEST protection available…Full Value Coverage. Under your Virginia Tech protection plan, if your articles are lost or damaged while in United’s care, they will either be repaired or replaced with like items, or a cash settlement will be made for the current market replacement value regardless of the age of the item.
